Dragon Heart offers wide a variety of classes in Tang Soo Do, Split Second Survival, Ki Gong, and more. Tang Soo Do training is available to all ages and our "Little Dragons" program is offered for children ages 3 - 6. This is a unique opportunity to learn a variety of character development and perceptual skills in a controlled but fun environment. This is a Korean Karate. While you are learning our techniques for self-defense, you will also be increasing flexibility, strength, memory, and coordination. Our system includes cardiovascular aerobic exercise for the heart and lungs which help you lose weight. Don't worry about your age, or present physical condition. We all start with what we can do. Our program improves patience, respect, mental clarity, concentration, self-discipline, control, and confidence, and gives everyone a strong healthy body with good coordination.

These classes are for 3-6 year olds. This program is designed to develop a positive character in today's children by utilizing strict guidelines and a fun atmosphere at the same time. We want to help this age group develop Respect - for themselves and all around them: Behavior and Manners, Patience, Listening Skills, and Focus.

Ki Gong, pronounced "Key Gong" is a system designed to develop the mind, body and spirit. The easy to follow physical exercises focus Meridian, Circulatory, Respiratory, and Ki Energy systems of the body. Ki Gong provides all the benefits of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation in one discipline. This is an enriching experience regardless of age or physical ability. This is a NON-IMPACT movement. Most of all, the training is easy to learn and fun!
